The Costa Vida Story

Our founders, raised on the vibrant culinary traditions of coastal living, wanted to bring that energy — the freedom, the flavor, the warmth — to the heart of the Rocky Mountain region. The name costavida means "coastal life" — and that lifestyle of savoring every meal, every moment, is the philosophy we bring to our kitchen every single day.

The First Flame

Costa Vida opens its doors at 122 Tracker Dr, Colorado Springs. A small team, a bold menu, and a neighborhood that quickly fell in love with fresh coastal flavors.

2013

Growing Our Roots

After earning local recognition and glowing reviews, we expanded our kitchen and dining space to accommodate the growing crowd of regulars and new fans.

Catering Takes Off
